SHOP MANAGER
Scoop and Scales are looking for an individual to join our team of shop managers to run our refill shop at the Old Sunday School in Macc.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of shaping how the shop operates, building our volunteer base, playing a part in marketing the shop and much more.
You will work get support from our dedicated committee of Directors and our excellent volunteers, and your mentor.
This role is initially for 7 hours per week on a Friday and plus an additional 5 hours for the Treacle Market Sunday shift. There is also potential to gain additional hours through cover shifts Monday – Saturday. Please get in touch if you are interested, but can’t make the hours work for you.
The salary for our cooperative is currently £12.60 per hour, plus a holiday pay uplift which means you get paid £14.12 per hour. This is in line with our commitment to match the National Living Wage Foundation’s recommended figure.
