Delivery partner
We have partnered with ELov to offer delivery via electric cargo bike, zero emissions delivery that also reduces the amount of unnecessary journeys. We deliver locally (if you are unsure if we can deliver to you, please get in touch before you order).
Unsure if you are going to be in? Simply leave delivery instructions when you place your order, whether it can be left in your porch, with a neighbour, or in a waterproof box you have left out.
To enable this service to work in a loop, we are always on the lookout for donations of bottles, jars and tubs. These can be given to the delivery rider.
How to shop online with us
Welcome to our online shop! Here you can browse over 300 items. To find out more information about any of these items you can click on them.
Our loose items are sold per 100g (except for herbs and spices which are per 10g). For example, if you want to order 500g of fusilli, you click 5 and add this to your basket.
Your items will be packaged in a combination of paper bags and donated jars / containers.
When you have chosen all your goods, go to the checkout page to enter your details and submit your order. The prices you see are the public prices, members will receive a 5% discount on qualifying items, which will be applied to your final bill.
Order Deadlines:
If you order a fruit and veg box or eggs, alongside a range of refill items, your delivery day will be the Wednesday afternoon of the same week (subject the capacity and availability).
If you order a range of refill items only, your delivery will be on Friday Morning of the same week.
The deadline for orders each week is Tuesday at 8pm.
Why is my bill estimated?
– members revive a 5% discount on qualifying items, which we apply as your order is put through the till
– due to the nature of our operations, the weight of your items may vary slightly from your order
– some items may be unavailable
How to buy your Organic Fruit & Veg box
The order deadline each week is 8pm on a Tuesday. Please note, if you order a fruit and veg box it will be delivered on Wednesday afternoon the following day (subject to availability).
Love a bargain? You can add any other items from the website to be delivered with your fruit and veg box at no extra delivery cost.
Delivery is included in the price of the fruit and veg box, so please select this option at checkout.
How do I pay?
For our delivery service we will send you an invoice once we have dropped off the goods. You can then pay via bank transfer .using the details on the invoice PLEASE DO NOT PAY WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER!
Please note: we do not take payment when you order because due to the nature of some of the products, we may weigh out slightly different quantities or have some items that are not available.
