- 1,250g mixed fruit (Raisins, Sultanas, Currants, sunflower oil, Mixed Peel (Orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, preservatives (potassium sorbate/sulphur dioxide, citric acid), Cherries (Cherries, Glucose-fructose syrup, Citric acid, fruit and veg juice, sulphur dioxide, E127), Chopped Apricots (Apricots, sulphur dioxide).
Bag B
- 280g organic plain flour (Wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamin, niacin, may contain traces of barley and rye)
- 0.5 tsp mixed spice
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Bag C
- 280g dark soft brown sugar (ingredients: sugar, molasses. Suitable for vegan and halal diets).
